Win Rupee Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Win Rupee ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). Win Rupee operates the gaming and sports betting services available at winrupee.click.

By accessing Win Rupee, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Win Rupee platform.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and Win Rupee. In the event of a conflict between documents, these Terms take precedence unless stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Win Rupee, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a representative, agent, or nominee of any third party.
• You do not currently hold a self-exclusion with Win Rupee or have an account that has been suspended or permanently closed.
• You are not listed on any sanctions list, prohibited persons register, or financial crime watch list applicable in Pakistan or internationally.

Win Rupee reserves the right to ask for proof of age and identity at any point. Where a player is found to be underage, the account will be immediately closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities. Win Rupee takes age verification seriously and operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gaming.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one Win Rupee account. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process.
• Keep your account credentials – your username and password – confidential at all times. Win Rupee will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat.
• Notify Win Rupee immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any of your details change.

Win Rupee is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to keep their credentials secure. Account sharing – allowing another person to deposit, play, or withdraw using your account – is prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on Win Rupee are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following verified methods:

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Win Rupee does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawals must be submitted through the official withdrawal section in your account dashboard.

Win Rupee reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited into your account, particularly for large or unusual deposit patterns. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and is not a reflection on individual players' integrity.

• Deposits must be your own funds. Depositing on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Win Rupee does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges which are outside Win Rupee's control.
• Accounts with pending identity verification may have withdrawal processing temporarily paused until verification is complete.
• Any bonus funds applied to a deposit must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated funds can be withdrawn. See Section 5.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Win Rupee offers bonuses, promotional credits, and referral rewards from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all Win Rupee bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited to your Win Rupee PKR balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household address, per mobile number, and per device. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in all accounts and bonuses being voided.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games and bet types specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games or bet types may result in the bonus being voided.
• Win Rupee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered, except in cases of suspected fraud or Terms violation.
• Referral bonuses are paid when a referred friend successfully registers a new account and completes their first qualifying deposit. Both the referrer and the referred friend must have separate, independently verified accounts.
• Win Rupee reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits while a bonus is active. Placing bets above the stated maximum during an active bonus may result in the bonus being forfeited.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Win Rupee across all products including cricket betting, live casino games, virtual sports, crash games, and all other available markets:

• A bet is confirmed and binding once you receive a confirmation from the Win Rupee platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and market. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or market interface before you place your bet.
• Win Rupee reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed using a technical error, a pricing error, or an odds error resulting from a system malfunction. Players will be notified and any stakes deducted for voided bets will be refunded to their PKR balance.
• For live cricket betting, odds are updated in real time. Win Rupee is not liable for any delay between market price updates and the actual game situation. Once a bet is confirmed at a given price, that price is locked regardless of subsequent changes.
• In the event of a dispute about a bet settlement, the decision of Win Rupee's trading team is final subject to the complaints procedure set out in Section 14.
• Suspicious betting patterns, including but not limited to arbitrage, matched betting using bonus funds, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors, may result in bet voidance, account restriction, or permanent closure.

7. Player Conduct

Win Rupee provides a platform for entertainment. Players are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully at all times. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in place of genuine human activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, poker tournaments, or any other competitive format.
• Attempting to access or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the Win Rupee platform, including attempting to manipulate game outcomes, payment systems, or account systems.
• Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward Win Rupee staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.

Win Rupee monitors all account activity for compliance with these rules. Violations will result in corrective action up to and including permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

Win Rupee is committed to responsible gaming and provides practical tools to help players manage their activity. The following tools are available to all registered players through the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Changes to reduce limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Configure time alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary break from Win Rupee of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. During exclusion, your account is suspended and no deposits are accepted.

You are permitted to use Win Rupee solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming activity. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any Win Rupee content without express written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Win Rupee software.
• Use Win Rupee's brand, logo, or name in any commercial context without written authorisation.

10. Privacy & Data

Win Rupee collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Win Rupee uses your data to:

• Manage and operate your account.
• Verify your identity and process payments.
• Comply with anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
• Provide customer support.
• Send you relevant communications regarding your account and promotions you have opted in to receive.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Win Rupee is not liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Win Rupee is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party payment providers used to process deposits and withdrawals.

12. Suspension & Account Closure

Win Rupee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Use of automated software or bots.
• At the request of a responsible gaming self-exclusion submitted by the account holder.
• By order of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, Win Rupee reserves the right to void any outstanding bets and withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms violation, any real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting Win Rupee support. Voluntary closure does not entitle a player to bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Win Rupee may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to the address on their account, via an in-platform notification, or by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Win Rupee platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with changes to the Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure through our support team.

Minor editorial corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not affect the substantive rights and obligations of players may be made at any time without notification.
